Catalog #DY/CUTII Click here to see a larger image. We are proud to announce the introduction of Cuthair II by Yellowhorse! This striking six-knife Commemorative Set is available in a very low edition of 100 signed and numbered pieces. Cuthair II by Yellowhorse is David’s tribute to his grandfather Cuthair Yellowhorse, a highly respected Navajo Silversmith who was born during the Navajo tribe’s long walk home from Fort Sumner to their reservation in Northern Arizona. Each of the editions starts with the Custom Buck #109 with chip-flint blades and German silver bolsters that are hand textured by David. Following is a description of each. The Long Walk Home – Is hand cut from German silver and is inset into Leopard skin jasper.
It is accented with a combination of black jet, red jasper, blue turquoise and silver strips. This stunning collection comes presented in a museum quality walnut and glass showcase complete with plaque and signed authenticity certificate. |
