Heritage Collectables, a division of Heritage Housewares, Inc., presents the Founders Signature Series, a very unique edition of 50 Commemmorative Knife Sets honoring the four Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation founders: Bill Munson, Charlie Decker, Robert Munson and Dan Bull. Each four-set edition features the acid-etched signature of an RMEF founder on a mirror-polished Buck #110 blade.
World famouse Navajo artist David Yellowhorse completes each and every piece by hand-cutting the official RMEF logo from German Silver and inlaying it into desert ironwood. David accents the ironwood handles with turquoise strips. Hand-texturing of the bolsters and the inscription RMEF Founder completes his work. All four knives in each edition carry the same serial number, from 01/50 to 50/50, insuring the uniqueness and collectability of these commemoratives.
Display
Case: A handsome display case for the Founders Signature Series
has been crafted from walnut and lined with luxurious red velvet that
is contoured to the shape of each knife. A brass plaque with serial number
to match the knives is included, identifying this as the Founders Signature
Series.
